In my clinic, I specialize in identifying and addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Common issues I treat include muscle, tendon, and ligament strains and sprains, IT band syndrome, Frozen Shoulder, Sciatica, Runner's Knee, Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow, Plantar Fasciitis, Sacroiliac Joint pain, and Achilles Tendonitis, among others.
Soft tissue therapy is at the core of my approach, offering effective treatment for these conditions. The techniques I use are tailored to suit the unique needs of each client, whether the issue is acute and requires a gentle, restorative touch or chronic, needing a more targeted, rehabilitative approach.
I also work extensively with athletes at all levels, helping them recover from injuries and prevent future issues. Regular massage therapy can play a vital role in supporting performance by reducing muscle tension, enhancing flexibility, and improving circulation, which accelerates recovery and aids in injury prevention.

Typical Session
Each session consist of an Initial Consultation, Assessment, Therapy and Advice.
Initial Consultation - We will discuss your current symptoms, history, lifestyle as well as the desired outcome for the treatment
Assessment -A thorough postural and physical examination will identify your body's imbalances. This process may include muscle length, joint mobility and balance tests to evaluate your functional movement patterns. The assessment considers how you move while testing specific structures, such as joints, muscles, ligaments, and nerves, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your overall biomechanics and areas of dysfunction.
Therapy - The treatment will be determined by your injury / complaint. I will use the most relevant / appropriate approach to affect the pain and discomfort. This most often will be Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, Fascial manipulation, Mobilization and Soft Tissue Release.
Advice - To finish we will discuss our findings and how to correct the imbalances, mobility and strengths that affect your condition / injury. It will involve a collection of stretching, strengthening and proprioceptive movements and exercises to help you return to optimal health
